With the East Coast Pipelines Speedweek portion of the 2009/10 Performance Wholesale World Series Sprintcars Championship completed and in the books, Bryan Mann heads home to Qld this week for two signature events at Brisbane International Speedway; the Capalaba Wreckers Sprintcar Cup and Round 9 of the Performance Wholesale World Series Sprintcars Championship which doubles as the Titan Garages Australian Sprintcar Open.

Both events are important for Bryan given the close relationships and lengthy associations that the naming rights sponsors of these events have with the Performance Wholesale Motorsport team.

Bryan Mann has had a difficult start to his 2009-2010 Queensland Speedway Spares Series race season.

Rolling into Brisbane International Speedway for the opening Round of the Series as a last start winner, Bryan tried hard in qualifying, he managed to pull up sixth quickest in the field of twenty-eight placing him on the fourth row of his first qualifying heat race. All good to this point but as Bryan explained, the night got a little tougher for the team from there.

The #16 car has succumbed to an ignition problem which seems to arise in the middle of a corner. In the pits the team worked on the car to eradicate the problem however even after an ignition box change and a fine toothed comb run over the car the problem has not fully disappeared.  Bryan mentioned
